How do I book a photography session with your team?
Booking is simple—just reach out through my contact page or email me directly. We’ll discuss your vision, the type of shoot you’re looking for, and scheduling details to make sure everything aligns with your needs.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Yes! I’m based in DePere, WI, but I’m open to traveling for both personal and commercial projects. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
How long does a typical photo session last?
The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. We strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
Turnaround time depends on the type of session. Portrait and family shoots typically have a 1–2 week delivery, while commercial, real estate, and product projects may vary depending on size and complexity. Rush delivery can be arranged if needed.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
For outdoor sessions, I always keep an eye on the forecast. If the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost, or move to an indoor location if possible. Flexibility is key—I want you to have the best images without stress.
What is your pricing?
Pricing varies depending on the type of session, scope of work, and final deliverables. Once I know more about your project, I’ll provide a customized quote. Transparency is important to me—I’ll always make sure you understand exactly what’s included.
How are the photos delivered?
Your images will be delivered through a secure online gallery, where you can download, share, and order prints. For larger commercial or product projects, files can also be delivered via cloud storage or USB upon request.
Can I print my photos?
Yes! Most packages include print-ready, high-resolution digital files for personal printing. I also offer professional print options through my online store, including premium-quality prints, canvases, and albums. With your gallery delivery, you’ll receive a print release that outlines my printing policies in detail.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes! Every project is unique, and I’ll work with you to create a package that fits your needs—whether it’s combining product photography with lifestyle portraits, or capturing both family milestones and personal branding headshots.
What should I wear or bring to my session?
For portraits, I recommend wearing something comfortable that reflects your style while avoiding busy patterns. I’m happy to provide wardrobe tips tailored to your session. Props and personal items are welcome if they help tell your story.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a small non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure your date and time. This ensures your session is reserved and helps with planning. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, but they can be applied to a rescheduled date. Some venues have their own cancellation and rescheduling policies, and in those cases, we must also abide by their rules.
What if I’m running late?
I understand delays happen! If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate, but sessions are scheduled for specific time slots and may need to end at the originally planned time if another booking follows. In some cases, additional fees may apply if extra time is needed or if rescheduling becomes necessary.
